Identify who the sender is, who the recipient is, and why messages are being sent to the intended recipient.

Example
  1. Users visit the sign-up page: https://example.com
  2. Users submit their details, including their mobile number and email.
  3. An automated mail goes out to the user confirming their intent.
  4. If the users decide to confirm their Opt-in (i.e. registration) by means of clicking on the "Confirm Registration" mailer, they get marked as such (i.e. Opt-in) in the database.

Currently Pinpoint supports only the following special use cases. These may require different registration processes and/or fees than the Standard Use Cases above

Communications from a registered company classified as a 501(c)(3). Does not include religious organizations

Selecting yes acknowledges you have implemented message replies informing customers how they can contact the message sender after they reply with the 'HELP' keyword.

Regardless of the messages you're sending and the related use case, if your company is involved in direct lending or loan arrangements, you must select yes.
